All classes are held in the Gardenia Room, off the Women's Center lobby, in the hospital, unless otherwise noted.  Space is limited, and classes may be cancelled for holidays. Call 1-888-NSRMC-4U (677-6248) to register. 

Breastfeeding Instruction
--Second Mondays, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
--First Wednesdays, 7 to 9 pm.
--Second Saturdays, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., every other month.
For moms who plan to breastfeed.  Dads are invited, too!

Breastfeeding Support
--Second Mondays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Support and fun for expectant moms and moms with babies or toddlers.

Early Pregnancy Class
--Second Saturdays, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., every other month, starting in January.

Infant Safety and CPR
--First Mondays, 9 to 11 a.m.
--First Wednesdays, 7 to 9 p.m.
--Second Saturdays, 1 to 3 p.m.
Review child proofing, safety, infant choking, and infant CPR.

Open House
--Third Thursdays, 6 to 7:30 p.m., January, April, July and October
Pre-register for a tour, refreshments, door prizes and information.

Infant Care Classes
--Last Mondays, 9 to 11 a.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
--Second Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., every other month, starting in January.
Education for first-time parents.

Prepared Childbirth Education
--Monday and Wednesday, 7 to 9 p.m. CALL FOR DATES
--Second Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., every other month, starting in February.
Four-week or one-day course for parents delivering at NSRMC.  Includes relaxation and breathing techniques, pain management, labor and delivery.

Another Time Around
--First Mondays, 7 to 9 p.m.
Refresher class for moms and coaches.

Sibling Class and Tour
--Second Saturdays, 9 to 10 a.m.
For children ages 3 through 12 who are about to become big sisters or brothers.
