The Sunshine Gift Shop is located in the main lobby of NorthShore Regional Medical Center. The shop offers a variety of flowers and plants, books, candy, TY Beanie babies, handmade crochet baby items, angels, jewelry, cards, decorative items, picture frames, and other gifts to cheer up any patient.
Open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The gift shop accepts local checks, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
The gift shop is staffed by NSRMC Auxillary volunteers and all proceeds go to local charities. Tell your spouse you are not spending money, you are donating to charity. Proceeds from the shop benefit many local charities:
- Sunshine Village
- Rainbow Childcare
- K Bar B Youth Ranch
- Community Christian Concern
- Angel Day Care
- Children's Advocacy Center
- Children's Wish Endowment
- Local Scholarships
- Other local charities throughout the year
